METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS
We offer complete design, supply and erection of pre-engineered metal building systems, including structure, roof & wall systems with site specific thermal assemblies. We have a preferred network of subcontract erectors each specializing in different aspects of metal building systems. Our single source supply & erect of pre-engineered metal building systems offers comprehensive accountability for our customers. All of our systems are covered by our standard five year weathertightness warranty.
STEEL ROOFING SYSTEMS
We are experts in the design, supply and installation of steel roofing systems offering industry-leading roof profiles in dozens of standard colours. We offer stand-off roof systems with metal decking, cavity insulated with fabric or metal liner systems, and insulated metal panel (IMP) roofing systems, as well as retrofit/re-roofing options to improve thermal properties. All of our systems may be applied to a pre-engineered metal building system or conventionally framed buildings. We offer a standard five year weathertightness warranty with most projects.

We are experts in the design, supply and installation of steel siding systems offering industry-leading wall profiles in dozens of standard colours. DESIGN SERVICES
We offer design services for steel structure, roofing and wall cladding systems which may be used in the tendering and/or project development stages. Our services evaluate climatic, seismic and imposed loads on the proposed/existing structure, and may include the consideration of future crane systems, mezzanines, foundation design/coordination, and site progress engineer reviews for final conformance and occupancy by third party engineers.
