A new Emergency Medical Services headquarters facility based in Stratford. The project was a design-build/performance program built to meet post-disaster criteria with numerous evolving changes during design and construction to meet the owner’s specific needs. The roof assembly is a stand-off assembly with galvanized standing seam roof and 12” fibreglass insulation. The walls are also cavity insulated with interior liner and exterior 7/8 Corrugated siding installed horizontally. Architectural design by R. Ritz Architect, Stratford.
